What is VGATEXT.LIB ?

VGATEXT produce the most Wondeful Effects you could imagine in TEXT MODE. It is a library fully developed in assembly language, that provides the Clipper programmer (D.O.S) with a collection of functions that let you enhace the screens of your applications through the VGA card, reaching unimaginable levels from database applications. You don't need to code anything, simple functions will do of your program a visual delight for the user eyes.
